It's a great time for sports bettors in Pennsylvania. The MLB regular season is officially underway and the NHL and NBA playoffs are getting near. These are great wagering markets for PA residents who love to support their favorite in-state teams.
With so much going on in the world of sports, it's a great time for PA residents to go in search of a new sports betting home. That shines a spotlight on DraftKings, a top sports betting operator that offers access to sports betting markets from all over the world. For the benefit of new customers, here is a look at the details of the DraftKings Welcome Offer that was recently updated.
The current DraftKings "Welcome Offer" was instituted on March 20, 2023, with the intention it will continue until it expires on May 28, 2023, at 11:59 pm ET. To qualify to take advantage of this promotion, PA residents must cover the following processes:
After fulfilling these obligations with the qualifying bet settling, new customers become eligible to receive a bonus if their qualifying wager is a winning wager. The amount of the bonus is set at $150. It will be issued in the form of six (6) sports betting vouchers each with a wagering value of $25. Bonus bets will be available after 24 hours.
Each of the vouchers will need to be wagered within the next seven (7) days. They can be used to be on any available sports betting market at any odds. Failure to meet the seven (7) day deadline will result in unused vouchers expiring. If the vouchers are wagered within the stated terms and conditions, winning bonus bets will result in net winnings that do not include the amount of the voucher. Those net winnings will be immediately issued as cash, which bonus recipients can withdraw at their discretion.
Under the terms and conditions of this offer, DraftKings PA shall have the right to change the promo at any time. That does include the right to prematurely terminate the offer for any reason and without having to give PA residents any kind of advanced notice.
