With the NFL regular season officially underway, America's top online sports betting operators are busy creating fun and exciting promos. The DraftKings Jackpot Pools promotion started with the first week of the NFL regular season and is scheduled to be available at the beginning of each week until the NFL regular season has reached the final week. This promotion is available for a predetermined entry fee to all registered DraftKings customers in participating states. Each customer is entitled to enter as many times as they want. The promotion works as follows:

Each week, DraftKings will list 15 questions that coincide with the 15 NFL games on the schedule for a given week. Each entry will need to complete their entry fees by the start of the Thursday Night NFL Game. The pool will start at $10K each week.

If anyone answers all 15 questions correctly, they will win the pot and the next week's pool will be $10K. If multiple entrants answer all 15 questions correctly, they will all share equally in the pool. If no one answers all 15 questions correctly, no one gets paid and the $10K carries over to the next week. This will continue until there is a winner with the succeeding pool set back at $10K.

During bye weeks, there might be only 14 questions. In such cases, entrants will need to answer all 14 questions correctly. If the number of questions falls below 13 for any reason, there will be no pool for that week and any paid entry fees will be fully refunded.

Winners can expect to get their winnings within 24 hours after their win has been declared. They will receive their winning in cash deposited directly into their wagering accounts. Since cash is being paid, the winnings will not be subject to any wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

Winners can expect to get an IRS form W-2G from DraftKings. Using this form, winners will need to report their winnings on the tax returns for 2024.

All entrants will need to be at least 21 years of age and be logged into their accounts in the state of their registration when answering the questions.
