It's very difficult to make a single game selection and get it right. You can only imagine how difficult it would be to make 15 selections and get every one of them correct. Do you want to give it a try? Each day, DraftKings in Indiana is offering its "Jackpot Pools" promotion. It's a great way for customers to compete for free prize money from the operator. For more information, please feel free to review the following promotion terms and conditions.
The DraftKings Jackpot Pool promo is slated to run every day for the next 3+ months. The actual expiration date will be determined later. This contest is available for all registered DraftKings customers in Indiana. Each customer will be permitted to enter 10 times a day after signing into their wagering accounts.
Each prize pool will start at $10K and grow based on the number of entries. Participants will be asked to correctly answer 15 questions each day. Questions are in reality game selections. If anyone gets all 15 questions right, they will win the $10k+ prize fund. If no one answers all 15 questions correctly, the prize fund will roll over to the next day. If multiple participants get all 15 questions correct, they will share equally in the pool.
Winners can expect to get their prize money within 24 hours after winning. The money will be paid out in cash with no wagering requirements. The cash can be withdrawn at any time. On days where less than 15 wagering events are available, the contest will not be held.
Since prizes are likely to exceed the IRS threshold for reported gambling winnings, prize fund recipients will need to report their winnings on their 2024 tax returns. DraftKings will be issuing Tax Forms 1099G as a reminder at the end of the year.
To register with DraftKings in Indiana, customers need to be at least 21 years old. When registering and subsequently placing sports wagers, they must be using an Indiana IP address. Software tracking technology will be used to confirm IP addresses.
