They are calling this the "End Zone Energy" promo, and here are some of the terms and conditions related to this offer.

This offer will be available until the game time of the applicable game. The applicable game is Notre Dame vs Florida State on (9/5). To take part in this promotion, New Jersey sports bettors will need to place a minimum wager of $50 on one of these teams using the point spread. If their team wins, the bettor will get a bonus of $10 for every touchdown their team scored during the game.

Example: Bettor wagers on ND with the point spread, ND wins and scores five (5) TDs, the bettor will receive a bonus of $50.

The bonuses will be issued in the form of a bonus bet voucher. The bonus bet vouchers will be made available to winning bettors within 48 hours of the applicable game being declared final. From that point on, winning bettors will need to use their bonus bets within the next seven (7) days. Bettors who do not fulfill this requirement will see their bonus bet vouchers expire and be removed from their account. They are no other wagering requirements associated with this promotion.
