It's been a rough sports year for teams in the state of Tennessee. Not to be disheartened, there are still plenty of Tennessee residents who are looking to get involved as new sports bettors. If they are interested in making BetMGM their sports betting home, the operator is more than happy to welcome them into the fold with the following "Welcome Bonus" promotion. Here are some of the offer's most important details.
The current BetMGM Welcome Bonus promotion was introduced in Tennessee in August with a proposed expiration date of February 11, 2024. As a point of interest, that's the day of the Super Bowl. To earn the chance to claim this bonus, new customers will need to go through the BetMGM registration process and make their first cash deposit in the amount of at least $10.
With their first deposits loaded, new customers can go ahead and make their first BetMGM sports bets. The bets can be on any market with no need to meet a minimum odds requirement. If a customer loses their first bet, no problem. BetMHM will give them a 100% rebate on that first bet amount up to a maximum of $1,500.
Rebates will be issued as bonus bets within 24 hours. New customers will have to use their bonus bets within seven (7) days to avoid forfeiture due to expiration. Bonus bets can be made on any market at any odds. However, bonus recipients will be limited in their use of bonus funds as follows:
(A) If the bonus amount is less than $50, they must use it in one lump sum
(B) If the bonus amount is $50 or more, they can only use 20% of the bonus amount on each of five (5) bets
Successful bonus bets will earn cash on net winnings only. The cash can be withdrawn as soon as it is deposited.
Tennessee online sports bettors must be over 20 YO and be in Tennessee whenever they interact with a Tennessee online gambling website. It will be up to BetMGM to enforce this rule, something they do by using the latest in IP address tracking software technology.
