This ranking only list online sports betting websites authorized in the state of Arkansas.

Arkansas has historically never been open to online gambling, and up until now, no bills have passed to allow for online gambling in the state. Within the borders of the state, you can't gamble for money online without it becoming an illegal activity. While we may never see online casinos in the state, Arkansas has passed some legislation that allows for online sports betting. You could think of it as progress.

On December 30, 2021, the Arkansas Racing Commission voted to amend a bill that would allow for online sports betting on mobile and desktop apps. Arkansas legislature appears eager to move forward on some things related to online gambling, which does show some promise.

What does the future of online gambling look like for Arkansas? No one knows for sure, but you can almost bet that sports betting will be the limit for the degree of online gambling that they will allow. It is unlikely that after they passed the laws for online sports betting that they will change the laws for other online gambling opportunities.

Arkansas currently operates three online sportsbooks, and they started to construct a fourth one. By the time they finish, the sportsbooks available in the state will include:

  • Southland Casino
  • Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort
  • Saracen Casino Resort
  • Betly Arkansas Mobile Sportsbook App

The biggest thing that could draw more online gambling legislature would be if the profits rose significantly. In many of the states where they legalized online gambling, they have seen record profits. In July 2022, New Jersey broke a record for the monthly revenue that it generates from online gambling.

Many of the southern states tend to take a more conservative approach to online gambling and even sports betting isn't common.
