There is no surprise that with the NFL Divisional playoffs getting underway, top U.S. sports betting operators are posting new bonus promos tied to the said playoffs. That is certainly the case at BetRivers New York where the operator's management has posted a new promo they are calling "NFL Playoffs First Touchdown Insurance." The following information details the offer's terms and conditions and exactly how the promo works.
The BetRivers NFL Playoffs First Touchdown Insurance promo commenced on January 14, 2023, and will continue until the Super Bowl LVII is played on February 12, 2023. While promo participants can skip opting into this offer, they will need to make a qualified bet based on the terms and conditions.
Based on the offer's terms and conditions, qualifying bets will need to be propositions bets on a single player to score the first touchdown in any of the available games. The minimum winning odds of these bets must be at least -200. It's worth noting that each BetRivers customer will only be allowed to claim this bonus one time during the promo period.
The available bonus will only be awarded if a participant's selected first TD scorer doesn't score the game's first TD but does go on to score a TD later in the game. Should that happen, the participant will receive a 100% insurance rebate on the bet up to the max bonus of $25.
Winning bonus recipients can expect to get access to their bonuses within 72 hours after the qualifying wager has been settled. From the moment the bonus is awarded in the form of a bonus bet voucher, bonus recipients will need to focus on using their bonus bets 1x within the next seven (7) betting days. Any bonus bets that go unwagered will be subject to expiration and removal from the bonus recipient's wagering account. As for bonus recipients who use their bets by the deadline and hit a winning bonus bet, they will have the right to withdraw their net winnings as soon as they are posted.
In New York, BetRivers will require new customers to be at least 21 before they will be permitted to register. Also, new customers will need to actually be in New York when they register and anytime they make an online wager. By law, BetRivers is required to ensure players are following the wagering rule, something the operator does with geo-tracking software.
