The qualifying single game parlay bet must be at odds of +100 or higher. It must have at last 4 legs. Each PointsBet NJ bettor is eligible to receive one insurance rebate a day for as long as the promo is going.

The insurance rebate amount will be issued as a bonus bet token. The token must be used to place another bet. Bonus bet tokens will be paid out within 24 hours of the qualifying bet going final. Recipients will have 30 days to use their bonus bets before they expire.
