This offer began with the start of the NFL playoffs on January 15, 2022. It will conclude with the playing of the Super Bowl on February 13, 2022. During the promo period, all Twinspires PA customers are eligible to opt into this promo. After completing the opt-in process, bettors can take advantage of this offer by wagering on a player to score the first touchdown in the applicable football game. Only the first such wager will count towards this offer.

If the bettor's selection fails to score the first TD of the game, the bet is a loser. However, Twinspires is offering a 100% insurance rebate of up to $50 if that same player goes on to score a TD at any point during the game. There is no minimum odds requirement for the applicable bet.

For bettors who qualify to receive the bonus, it will be paid to them as a single bonus bet voucher. Twinspires will disperse all bonus bet vouchers within 72 hours of the applicable football game going final. After bettors receive access to their bonus bet voucher, they will need to wager that voucher within the next seven (7) wagering days. Any failure to place that wager will result in the expiration of the voucher, after which time it will be removed from the bettor's wagering account. The simple act of using the bonus bet voucher will serve to satisfy the wagering requirements associated with this offer.
