As Pennsylvania residents search for a new sports betting home, they will likely realize that most of the state's top mobile sports betting operators have been updating their bonus offers. The changes that are taking place seem to coincide with Super Bowl LVIII coming to pass. It's the right time to make changes with the NCAAB March Madness Tournament and the start of the MLB regular fast approaching. In that spirit, DraftKings Sportsbook of PA has recently updated its Welcome Bonus promo for new customers. However, time is running out on that offer under the following terms and conditions.
The current version of the DraftKings Sportsbook Welcome Bonus that is accessible by PA residents was started on February 12, 2024. That's the day after Super Bowl LVIII was played. This bonus offer is set to expire in its current form at midnight on March 10, 2024. To gain the right to try to claim this bonus, PA residents will need to complete a short registration process and make an initial "first" qualifying deposit of at least $5 into their wagering accounts.
After completing these requirements, new customers will need to place their first sports wager with DraftKings, a wager that is considered a qualifying wager. Customers can use any market with no odds restrictions when placing their qualifying wagers. If their first bets lose, new customers will qualify to receive a "No Sweat Bet" refund from management at DraftKings.
These bonuses will be paid out as bonus bets within 24 hours after the affiliated qualifying bet has been settled as a losing bet. Once bonus bets have been awarded, bonus recipients will need to use them by the end of the 7th day of availability or they will expire. Again, bonus bets can be used to wager on any available market with no odds restrictions. If bonus bets lead to winning bets, only the net winnings (wager amount not included) will be released as cash that can be withdrawn at the respective new customer's pleasure.
In the state of Pennsylvania, the law dictates that online gamblers must be over 20 years old. Also, only deposits and wagers made through a PA IP address will be considered valid. DraftKings uses Geo-Fencing software technology to track and verify the location of anyone who logs onto the DraftKings website.
Prior to the offer's expiration date, management at DraftKings can make changes to the promo should they decide to do so.
