Could Sports Betting Soon Be Legalized in Oklahoma?

With the MLB regular season fully underway, some of America's top online/mobile sports betting operators are creating more bonus promos that target MLB. That is certainly the case at BetMGM. It's great to see that the operator has introduced a weekly promotion that U.S. sports bettors should find fun and exciting. The operator's "MLB Grand Slam Jackpot" promo is currently underway, being guided by the following terms and conditions.

The BetMGM Sportsbook MLB Grand Slam Jackpot promotion was introduced in participating states on March 28, 2024. It's a weekly promo that will be available every weekend of the MLB regular season, which comes to an end on September 30, 2024. All BetMGM customers in states where the operator is licensed are invited to participate. To participate, registered customers must opt in each week that they want to make a selection. The promo works as follows.

Participants will need to place qualifying wagers, which are wagers of at least $10 on their favorite players to hit a home run over the weekend in question. The appropriate wagering tab is "Player to hit a home run." The minimum odds requirement has been set at +100. Weekends are considered games played on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If that player hits a home run as predicted, the bettor wins the best. If the home run is a grand slam home run, the promo participant becomes eligible to participate in the weekly Grand Slam Jackpot. Note: Only a participant's first qualifying bet of the week will count towards this promotion.

Each week, the Grand Slam Jackpot will be set at $50,000. All winning participants will share equally in the jackpot. The prizes will be issued as bonus bets within 72 hours after the weekend's games have been recorded. Once bonus recipients get their bonus bet tokens, they will need to use them before they expire. That will happen exactly seven (7) days after issuance. If tokens are used to create winning bets, the net winnings (not including the amount of the token) will be paid in cash that can withdrawn at any time.

In each state where BetMGM is accepting online/mobile sports bets, customers must be over the age of 20 years old. They are also required to log into their accounts from IP addresses that are assigned to their respective states. BetMGM software has been integrated with geo-tracking software that is being used to confirm the location of each customer. That are no exceptions to these two key requirements.
