A Look at bet365's New Welcome Offer in Iowa

September 6, 2023

This article is dated September 6, 2023, content related to promotions is no longer valid. Any promotion described below has expired.

As the new kid in town, bet365 finds itself competing against the biggest and best online sportsbooks in the state of Iowa. It's a situation with which they are very familiar as they find themselves competing for business in a number of other states. Of course, the competition always starts with competing for new customers. Knowing this, bet365's management has created a very special Welcome Offer for the fine residents of Iowa. Here is a quick look at some of the key details associated with this promotion.

For the time being, management at bet365 is treating its current Welcome Offer as an ongoing offer. It will remain available until management decides it's time to make a change. This offer is being made available to any new customer who successfully completes the registration process and makes an initial cash deposit of at least $10.

To activate the bonus, new customers will need to place a qualifying sports bet of at least $1 on any available sports betting market. There will be no minimum odds requirement on qualifying bets. All new customers will have 30 days after registration to place their qualifying bets to earn the bonus.

Once qualifying bets have been made and settled, new customers will be entitled to a bonus in the amount of $200. The release of these bonuses will be predicated on making additional sports bets. Releases will be made based on 100% of each subsequent bet until the entire bonus has been released. These subsequent bets must be made at odds of -500 or greater. Again, they will be released after each subsequent bet settles, win, lose, or tie. New customers will have 30 days to secure the entire bonus amount. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any unused portion.

In the state of Iowa, online gamblers are required to meet the minimum online gambling age of 21 years old. Also, all of their deposits and gambling activities must be initiated via Iowa IP addresses. In order to verify each customer's actual location, bet365 employs the use of the latest in geo-tracking software technology.
