The offer began with the start of the NHL playoffs and will continue until a Stanley Cup Champion is crowned on or about July 15, 2021. During the promo period, Michigan bettors can get a piece of this action by placing a pre-match money line wager on any NHL playoff game. If the team the bettor selects scores the first goal of the game but eventually loses the game, the bettor will get a refund of their wager.

The amount of the refund will be 100% of the qualifying wager up to a maximum refund of $50. The refund will be issued in the form of a bonus bet. Therefore, there will be no rollover requirements on this offer. All bonus bet refunds will be deposited within 72 hours of the applicable game being declared final and in the books. After receiving the bonus bet amount, bettors will have a total of 14 days to place their bonus bet on a Twinspires market. Should they fail to meet that deadline, the bonus bet amount will expire with no value.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. This NHL First Goal Insurance Promo is being sponsored solely by Twinspires Michigan. Only Michigan sports bettors who are properly registered with the bookmaker may participate in this promotion. As the sole sponsor, Twinspires can dictate the terms of the offer and make changes when necessary.

2. If a Michigan sports bettor wants to participate in this promo, they must opt-in. In order to do that, they must meet the following requirements;

• Must be of legal age to bet on sports in Michigan with the legal age being 21
  
• Qualifying wagers must be made while the sports bettor is present in the state of Michigan
