This promo has been live since April 20, 2021 and will continue until the All Star Break on July 13, 2021 (subject to extension). During the time this promo is live, sports bettor must opt in. They can participate by placing a pre-match moneyline wager on any team during a Tuesday MLB game. If the team the bettor wagers on is leading the game by the end of the 5th inning but ends up losing the game, Twinspires will give that bettor a rebate on their bet of up to $50.

Qualifying bets must carry cumulative odds of at least -300. If a bettor qualifies for a rebate, they will receive that rebate in the form of a singular bonus bet, which will be placed in their account within 24 hours of the applicable game going official. Betters will then have seven (7) days to place their bonus bet wager before it expires without value. Each bettor may participate in this offer each Tuesday. There will be no other wagering requirements attached to this offer.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. Twinspires Michigan will oversee this MLB 5th Inning Insurance offer until is expires. During that time, they may choose to change, extend, or terminate the offer.

2. Only Twinspires sports bettors who are over the age of 20 may register with Twinspires and participate in this offer.

3. Only wagers placed by bettors located within the state boundaries of Michigan will qualify for this offer. The same restriction will apply to subsequent bonus bets. To confirm bettor location, the bookmaker will be using state of the art geo tracking software.

4. This offer is not applicable to people who are employed by Twinspires or any of their advertisers and affiliates. Exclusion will also apply to family members.
