The NBA Playoffs Insurance promo is available from May 18, 2021, to May 22, 2021. During the promo period, bettors can place a minimum wager of $50 on their favorite team to win the NBA Championship. If by chance a betting selection falls out of the playoffs in the Conference finals, Unibet will issue that bettor a 100% rebate of up to a maximum of $50.

The qualifying wager can be made on any team that has a spot in the playoffs. It must be made at minimum odds of +100. If a bettor loses that bet and earns the rebate from Unibet, the rebate will come in the form of a bonus bet. Since the playoffs will need to run out through to the end, the bonus bet rebates will be issued within 72 hours of the NBA Champion being crowned. Upon receiving their bonus bet rebate, bettors will have 30 days to use the bonus bet. If they fail to do so, the bonus bet will expire.
