Once established, new customers will need to proceed with making an initial sports bet of $10 or more. Any sports betting market is acceptable with no need to worry about qualifying odds. If any new customer loses their first bet, they will have earned a full 100% refund from Hard Rock Bet. Refunds will be distributed as bonus bets. The maximum refund has been established as $100.

Bonus recipients will only have seven (7) to place their bonus bets. If they don't make the deadline, they will need to forfeit their bonus bets.
