This is an ongoing offer that started late last year and is currently scheduled to continue until 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2021, (the “Promotion Period”). This offer is stated in two segments.

For the Fanduel Sportsbook, customers must make their first real cash deposit in order to participate in this promo. After doing so, they become eligible for a 100% rebate of up to $1,000 if their first sports bet is a losing bet. If the bettor is eligible for the rebate, it will be issued as a wagering credit. The amount will be placed in the bettor's account the same day. They will have 72 hours to use the bonus bet amount or risk losing any remaining portion that will expire.

On the casino side of the website, new customers can make their first real cash deposit after which time they will have 24 hours of risk-free casino play. After the 24-hour meter has run its course, Fanduel will calculate the player's net winnings or losses. If the player shows a net loss, they will be eligible for 100% of their losses based on the amount of their original deposit. The amount of the cash rebate will be capped at $1,000. The rebate amount will need to be wagered on casino games within the next seven (7) days or the bonus amount will expire.

This offer is only available for new customers at Fanduel. They must be at least 21 years old to participate while all qualifying wagers must be made while they are in the state of New Jersey.
