Golden Eagle Nominations Coming in America

With so many new states in the US now allowing residents to gamble online, the annual Golden Eagle trophies and American Gambling Awards brand are being seen in a new light. While the awards have been presented in a variety of different categories over the years, this will be the first year online gambling providers in the US will be getting the recognition they deserve.

Within the US gambling industry, the coveted Golden Eagle trophy stands as a symbol of the finest gambling access the industry has to offer. With the addition of eight categories for online gambling providers, the popularity of the American Gambling Awards brand is expected to get a significant boost in both popularity and importance.

Along with the eight categories being designated for online gambling operators, there will be another four categories being awarded in recognition of the achievements of the industry's supporters, policymakers, lawyers and regulators.

Here's a list of all categories for which online gambling nominations are currently underway: American Operator of the Year, Sports Betting Operator of the Year, Casino Operator of the Year, Poker Operator of the Year, Daily Fantasy Sports Operator Of The Year, Horse Racing Operator of the Year, Payments Provider of the Year and Responsible Gambling Award. In the services categories, nominations are underway for Industry Supporter of the Year, Lawyer of the year, Policymaker of the Year and Regulator of the Year.

Judging will be handled by a diverse selection of industry experts. Additionally, the public will get an opportunity to express its collective opinions through online voting options. Public voting will take place after finalists have been determined and announced.

It's noteworthy that nominations are scheduled to close by March 20, 2020 with finalist being announced 10 days later on Match 30, 2020. At that time, judges and the voting public will have until April 14, 2020 to cast their final ballots. Winners will be announced at awards party at ICE North America in New Orleans on May 14, 2020.
