The Michigan Lottery sells tickets to players online if that is how they choose to play the games. A lot of players have gravitated towards this as they find it an easier way to play the games than to go down to their local gas station to purchase a ticket. One Oakland County, Michigan man is very happy that he decided to try out the online game recently when he turned out to be a big winner.
To hear the man tell it, he was just on a break at work when he decided to play some scratch-off games online. He says that he had been on a roll and had built up about three-hundred dollars in his online account. He used some of those funds to purchase the five dollar ticket that would change his fortunes that day.
The ticket was one that has a top prize of $100,000. Better yet, that money is tax-free for the winner. That is exactly the prize that the money won on this fateful day. He says that he could not believe his eyes at first and did not really believe that he had won that money until he went and checked his account history to see that it was in fact true.
The next step for him was to go to the Michigan Lottery headquarters to claim his prize. He did so and says that he plans to use the money to pay off some bills. He says that he feels incredibly blessed to have won and that this will make life a little easier for him. He says that he will not have to live paycheck to paycheck anymore.
There are all kinds of games that the Michigan lottery offers to players who want to buy the tickets online. It started as an experiment of sorts for the lottery to see how receptive people would be to online games. It has worked out beautifully for them in the end. They have made plenty of ticket sales, and they have excellent stories like this one that they can share with the world to show how much of an impact their games can make.
