To qualify for this bonus, new customers must complete the operator's brief registration form. To do that, they must be at least 21 years old and physically reside in a participating state. After completing the registration process, new customers will have 30 days to make an initial cash deposit of $10 or more. When they do that, the bonus promo goes into effect.
