The World Poker Tour (WPT) has signed a partnership with FanJolt, a new interactive fan experience that allows users to join live broadcasts with their favorite celebrities from the worlds of poker, sports, and entertainment to support their charities and foundations. And that offers a chance to be “jolted” into a one on one conversation with the celebrity host.
The FanJolt roster includes poker players such as Vince Van Patten, Lynn Gilmartin, and Tony Dunst, professional poker players Daniel Negreanu, Maria Ho, and Antonio Esfandiari. And a wide range of celebrities including Aaron Judge, Chevy Chase, Kareem Hunt, Kevin O’Leary, Jewel, Ashanti, Rafael Nadal, and many more.
“FanJolt is a unique enhancement to our overall fan engagement,” said Adam Pliska, WPT CEO. “We look forward to sharing the opportunity for an exclusive WPT experience with poker players and fans around the world.”
“The FanJolt team is honored to be working alongside The World Poker Tour to provide fans with an opportunity to experience a one-on-one connection with World Poker Tour players and affiliated celebrities, all while supporting charities with every JOLT”, added Trevor Short, Founder and CEO of FanJolt. “Through FanJolt, World Poker Tour fans can instantly and easily gain access to their favorite players through a variety of upcoming events. In addition to bringing fans and their icons together on one platform, FanJolt and The World Poker Tour look forward to not only engaging with the community, but being able to use the platform to benefit a variety of charities and foundations with each interaction.”
