The WPT Main Tour back in Las Vegas

The World Poker Tour Main Tour will be back in Las Vegas in March, with the Season XVIII WPT Venetian taking place from March 5-9, 2021 at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The event, which features a $5,000 buy-in and a $1.5 million guaranteed prize pool, is the second time the two entities are partnering after a first edition in March 2019.

In addition, WPTDeepStack returns to the United States with two events scheduled at The Venetian in 2021: WPTDeepStacks Venetian with a $1,600 buy-in from January 29-February 1, and a second WPTDeepStacks event at The Venetian later on this year. “We are excited for the return of the World Poker Tour to The Venetian,” said Tommy LaRosa, tournament director for The Venetian Poker Room. “We strive to provide our players with as many options as possible and have been working throughout the last year to deliver the great poker experience our players have come to expect, but in a Venetian Clean way”, he added. “The World Poker Tour returns to live WPT Main Tour events in Las Vegas at The Venetian and to add another member to the WPT Champions Club,” said Angelica Hael, VP of Global Tour Management for the World Poker Tour. “All parties expect a strong turnout to support three of the best brands in poker in the WPT, WPTDeepStacks, and Venetian.
