The Caesars Palace Casino Experience the Empire Volume XII is slated to run from May 1, 2024, until May 31, 2024. For this promo, customers in the following states will be allowed to participate: Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. All participants must be registered in one of these states and have an account that is in good standing.

To participate in the Experience the Empire Volume XII drawing, customers will need to play qualifying casino games that will allow them to earn entries as follows:

• one (1) entry for every one (1) tier credit they earn while playing standard slots


• Three (3) entries for every one (1) tier credit earned while playing designated slots (see terms and conditions


• One (1) entry will be awarded by mail
  

Note: Tier credits are earned at a rate of $5 on slots and $25 on table games. For this promotion, there will be no limit on the number of entries that customers can earn.

The drawing for Experience the Empire Volume XII is scheduled to be held in the afternoon on June 5, 2024. A total of ten (10) winners will be selected at random. Each winner will get a prize package that includes the following:

• 3-night stay at a Caesars property in Nevada Las Vegas


• $2,000 in Caesars folio hotel credits


• $2,000 gift card that can be used in Caesars Forum Shops
  

This prize package has an estimated retail value of $5,500. That is the amount Caesars will be reporting to the IRS as gambling winnings via IRS Form W-2G. This is also the amount that winners will need to claim on their 2024 tax returns.

All registered Caesars Palace Casino customers must be of age in their respective states. That's currently 21 years old or older across the board. Also, each customer will only be allowed to access their Caesars accounts when physically located in their respective states. It will be the operator's responsibility to verify customer locations, something Caesarts does via geo-framing software.
