WSOP Welcomes New U.S. Online Poker Players

Online poker has become very popular in the U.S. The good news is U.S. online poker players have access to some of the best online poker sites in the world. That includes the WSOP.com site where the best poker players in the world come together to compete for big dollars.

To start with WSOP, residents in states where online poker has been legalized must go through the operator's registration process. As they do that, they will get access to an amazing bundle of goodies that are available as part of WSOP's Welcome Bonus package. Let's take a look at the offering and the terms and conditions that set the offer's guidelines.

The current WSOP Welcome Bonus offer started earlier this year. It is scheduled to expire at midnight on May 8, 2024. To get things started, new customers will need to make an initial deposit of at least $10. That first deposit will earn them the right to claim the Welcome Bonus, which comes in the following 3 components.

Component #1: Each new customer gets up to $100 in free play. The amount of each customer's free play allocation is determined by the amount of their initial deposit as follows:

• Deposit of between $10 and $250 gets $25

After receiving this component, each new customer will have 7 days to wager the full amount at least 1x.

Component #2: Each new customer will get a $700 allocation of tickets that can be used to enter freeroll events. These freeroll events will be restricted to new customers only. Each ticket has a value of $100, and they must be used within 7 days or they will expire.

Component #3: This component represents the standard first deposit matching bonus. First deposits will be calculated at 100% of the first deposit amount up to a top bonus award of $1,000. Once new customers get their matching bonuses, they will have 90 days to use the bonus before any remaining amounts will expire.

To turn the matching bonus into real cash, new customers will need to earn the right to it by playing poker. It works like this. For every 50 wagering points that a new customer earns, they will be given immediate access to $5 of their bonus. This will continue until the entire bonus amount has been converted into real cash. Once new customers receive real cash, they will have the right to immediately withdraw it.

This bonus offer will continue as is until WSOP's management decides to change the offer or terminate the offer. Should any bonus disputes arise, WSOP management will serve as the final word on the disposition of the dispute.
