Heading into late spring and early summer, the temperature outside is going to start rising. With that said, things aren't likely to get as hot as they are at Borgata Poker New Jersey. It's time for "Progressive Knockout Bounty Tournaments", and here are some of the terms and conditions.
This will be a featured ongoing tournament option every Thursday night until further notice. Each week, the event will start at 7:30 pm ET. NJ poker players can sign up for this event through the Borgata Poker site in any state where cross poker competition is permitted by law.
The game will be "No-Limit Texas Hold'em" with a guaranteed purse of $7,500. The buy-in is set at $320 with $150 going towards the prize fund, $150 going towards the Bounty fund, and the last $30 serving as a tournament fee. Each participant will start with a stack of chips set at 75,000. Blind levels will change every 10-12 minutes over a total of 44 levels. If a player knocks out another player on an all-in hand, the winning player gets the losing player's bounty fund to be allocated as follows: 50% of the fund will be awarded in cash and the other 50% will be applied towards the winning play's own bounty fund.
