Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC is proud to present the 2014 WSOP.com Online Championship Series through their website WSOP.com. This year's series of tournaments will be held from June 1- June 15. The combined guaranteed purse money will be $550,000 with high hopes of exceeding that number in distributed prizes. There will be two pot-limit Omaha events and 13 No=Limit Texas Hold'em events culminating in the June 15th No-limit Texas Hold'em Main Event with a $200,000 guaranteed purse.
The entry fees will range from $55-$530 with each tournament carrying a player minimum of 8 entries and a maximum of 8,000 players. Entries will be provided on a first come first serve basis and will be restricted to WSOP.com real money account clients only. Payouts will be made to the top 20% of finishers in each tournament. Registration will open four hours prior to the start of each respective event.
WSOP.com is currently running daily satellite tournaments with entry fees as low as $3. The winners of the satellite tournaments will receive their prize money plus an automatic seat in the designated championship series event. Winners of each of the supporting events played during the first 14 days will also receive an automatic paid entry into the Main Event.
Players should check rules for each individual tournament as some tournaments will be run as freeze-out events while other may allow re-entry/re-buy opportunities. The 60 second time bank refresh rate will be every six levels, and players will be allotted 15 seconds of decision making time. Tournament players must be 21-years of age to participate. Registration for each tournament may be completed by clicking on the "Tournament" tab located on the home page of the WSOP.com website.
