It's not often that poker players are given the opportunity to win extra money compliments of the poker room. With that said, that is exactly what is happening right now at BetMGM Poker in Pennsylvania. It's part of the poker room's "Hot Tables" promotion, which is currently available under the following promo terms and conditions.
The current BetMGM Poker Hot Tables promo in Pennsylvania is being treated as an ongoing promotion. It has been running for months and will continue to do so until BetMGM's management decides to terminate the promo or change the terms and conditions. This offer is being extended to all BetMGM customers. That includes new customers after they have completed the registration process. To do that, they must be in the state of PA and show proof that they are over the age of 20 years old. This promo works as follows:
Customers will need to play poker at any available qualifying "No Limit Hold’em" table. Play at the following limits will be included: $0.10/$0.25, $0.25/$0.50, $1/$2, or $2/$5. While playing at one of these tables, BetMGM will use a random methodology to select tables that will have a current pot boosted by the operator. It will only be for the hand that has been randomly selected. The amount of money that will be added to the applicable pot addition will be capped at $1,500, depending on the table's Hot Table rating level.
There are five (5) rating levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The way the extra money will be distributed to players is determined by level as follows:
All extra winnings will be paid in cash with no wagering requirements listed. The cash will go directly into each player's account where it can be wagered or withdrawn at the player's discretion.
BetMGM Poker is only permitted to operate in states that have passed the appropriate legislation. That includes Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania customers can log in from other states as long as the applicable state allows such activities. It will be BetMGM Poker's responsibility to track the location of its customers, something they are currently doing with software that confirms IP addresses.
