The Twinspires $10 Rest of the World Money Back Promo started in March 2023 with the intention it will continue until June 30, 2023, at 11:59 pm ET. Before Twinspires can participate in this promotion, they will need to complete the offer's opt-in process. Once they have completed that requirement, they can make their qualifying bets. All participants will be permitted to make qualifying bets each day that Twinspires lists a designated race.

Qualifying bets are "win" bets of at least $2 on one horse per designated race. If their selections fail to win but finish 2nd, participants will earn the right to receive a 100% bet rebate not to exceed $10 per race. These bonuses will only be awarded when designated races have at least six (6) horses entering the starting gate.

Bonuses will be issued as cash within 24 hours of said bonuses being earned on weekdays. Bonuses earned on weekends will be paid on the following Mondays. Since bonuses are being distributed as cash bonuses, recipients will not need to complete any other wagering requirements. They will be immediately permitted to use or withdraw their bonuses.
