U.S. horseplayers can wager on races from Europe, South Africa, South America, Hong Kong, and Japan. If they do wager on races from these venues, they could be eligible to receive back part of their losing bets on designated racecards. This is an ongoing promotion that is scheduled to continue until February 1, 2022. During the promo period, participants will need to opt into the promotion in order to qualify for the benefits. After opting in, participation in this promo is based on betting win bets on designated races.

Each week of the promo, Twinspires will be designating international racecards that will be used for this promo. The designated racecards can come from anywhere in the world other than North America. If a horseplayer places a win bet on a qualifying race, they will be eligible to receive 100% of that win bet back if the horse they picked finishes 2nd. The amount of the rebate will be capped at the first $10.

Only the horseplayer's first win bet on each designated race will count towards this promo. All rebates will be issued within 30 minutes of the designated race going being listed as official. Since the rebate will be issued as cash, the horseplayer will not need to worry about any wagering requirement. To be clear, horseplayers are permitted to make one qualifying win bet on every eligible designated race.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. Each qualifying race must have at least 6 starters.

2. If a dead heat occurs for the first place position, the offer will be voided for that race only.

3. This offer is only available for horseplayers who are living in a state that has legalized online betting. Also, participants in this offer must be in their respective states when placing wagers. Tracking software will be used to verify horseplayer locations.

4. In order to participate, each horseplayer is required to meet the minimum age for online gambling in their state. For most states, the minimum age requirement is 21 years old.

5. Twinspires will not be permitting employees of the company or any affiliates to take advantage of this promotion. Family members and household occupants will also be excluded.
