TVG Offers September Money Back Offer

With the Kentucky Derby just days away and the Breeders Cup fast approaching, the month of September figures to be exciting for horseplayers. To add a bit of excitement to the September betting action, tvg.com is offering horseplayers an opportunity to get refunds if their win selection on designated races ends up finishing second or third. TVG's "Money Back on Selected Races" works as follows.

The offer runs through the end of September 2020. Each racing day, TVG will post at least one race that qualifies for the money-back promo. On each race listed on the ledger, horseplayers can earn a refund of up to $10 on the first win bet they place on a listed race. If that first win selection finishes second or third, TVG will issue the refund to be deposited in the horseplayer's account within two hours of the applicable race going official.

Should one of the listed races scratch down to fewer than eight horses, the offer will only apply to wagers where the win bet horse finishes second. Again, the offer is only applicable to the "first" win wager on a designated race.

Horseplayers will enjoy the fact TVG will feature races from all over the North American continent. The offer will apply to the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby, which are scheduled to be run on September 4, 2020, and September 5, 2020, respectively.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. Horseplayers can place their applicable wagers up to post time

2. All participants must "opt-in" for this offer by clicking on the "opt-in" button on the promo page. Players must opt-in between August 31, 2020, and September 30, 2020.

3. Eligible participants must have a registered horse betting account with TVG, 4NJBets, or PABets.

4. In order to participate, horseplayers must be residing in states where online horse betting is allowable by law. Also, all registered horseplayers must be at least 21 years of age with one exception. New Jersey horseplayers playing through 4NJBets must be at least 18 years of age.

5. Players are eligible to receive a refund of up to $10 on any and all of the designated races on a given race day.

6. TVG management reserves the right to alter or terminate this offer without prior public notice.

6. TVG employees and family members of TVG employers are not eligible to participate in this offer.
