Legal Gambling USA
Online casino games, poker, sports and horse racing betting websites authorized in USA
Arizona has a long relationship with live gambling. The state has been home to Native American, or tribal, casinos and horse racing tracks. Many have argued that it is in the best interest of Arizona to support legalized gambling because of its close proximity to Las Vegas.
When it comes to online gambling, things have not progressed as many Arizona residents have hoped. Although there is no specific Arizona law which prohibits online gambling, the lack of direction from state lawmakers means few online gambling options.
As of 2021 this appears to be changing. Arizona has moved forward with an effort to legalize online sports betting. Legislators have been trying to advance a sports betting bill for some time, and it now appears that legalized sports betting will become state law in 2021.
The legalization of online sports betting should also pave the way for the licensing and regulation of online casinos. This would allow Arizona residents the opportunity to play casino games like slots, blackjack, and baccarat online for real money.
Pari-mutuel wagering is allowed in Arizona. Residents may bet horse racing online with various racebooks. Betting is permitted at any of the race tracks that are offered by an online racebook.
Until the full legalization of online gambling in Arizona occurs, those located in the state can still consider offshore online casinos as an option. Players should also remember to claim any bonuses that are offered by online casinos for Arizona players.
