The PointsBet website will be available soon in Legal-Gambling-USA.com.
The U.S. assets of the Australi-based PointsBet were purchased in the summer of 2023 by Fanatics Holdings for a purchase price of $225 million. The assets were immediately placed under the umbrella of the Fanatics Betting and Gaming subsidiary, which is run by CEO Matt King. Fanatics Casino Michigan is now live in "The Great Lakes State".
It took a while, but PointsBet has finally arrived in Michigan. In recent months, PointsBet has been working hard to position itself as one of America's top online sportsbooks. So far, things are looking very good.
Much of the success this bookmaker is having can be attributed to putting forth a nice sports betting platform. Upon hitting the sportsbook home landing page, bettors are greeted with a web page that is highly functional and easy to navigate. Along with some advertising at the top and administrative info at the bottom, bettors get clean and fast access to betting markets.
The website is available for PC users as well as mobile device users through a native mobile app that is compatible with the Apple and Android operating systems.
America's sports bettors demand access to a wide range of betting markets. That is exactly what PointsBet is offering to its sports bettors located all over the country. As a case in point, here are some of the betting markets that are available at PointsBet regularly:
MLB, NBA, NFL, MSL, WNBA, NHL, major college sports, PGA Golf, Motorsports, international soccer leagues, rugby, cricket, darts, pro tennis, and special events like the Olympics, the Super Bowl, and World Cup Soccer.
Along with demanding access to lots of betting markets, Michigan bettors also like having access to lots of betting options. It allows them to take a creative approach to their sports betting. With that in mind, PointsBet Michigan does offer access to all of the standard betting options, which includes straight bets (both money line and point spread), teasers, parlays, proposition bets, alternate lines, in-game wagering, and futures odds betting.
After checking out the bookmaker's betting limits, it is fair to say Michigan bettors at the high end will be satisfied.
Much in line with the competition, PointsBet does a good job of making sure its bettors have access to plenty of betting promotions with a heavy emphasis on profit boot bonuses.
Banking options include VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, and others. Customer service is available via chat, email, and phone.
Verdict: PointsBet is an Australian bookmaker that is making good headway in the U.S. and certainly worthy of consideration.
